nd a little time. Feel free to use whatever fruits you feel like. It’s really a personal preference thing but fun to experiment!
For maximum health benefit drink the smoothie straight away

TIPS:
– Add the liquid to the blender first, to prevent it from binding up on the frozen fruit and getting stuck.
– The blending order is important. First add the liquid, then the fruit, and last add the frozen yogurt (or ice cream) or the ice.
– If it’s too thin: Add more ice, a banana, frozen yogurt, ice cream or sherbet
– If it’s too thick: Add milk, water, or juice and blend again.

Here are some ideas for creative smoothies. Very digestible and very delicious! You should really try it!!

Ingredients:
Chocolate Strawberry Smoothie
1/2 cup chocolate soy milk
1 whole banana, peeled
1 cup strawberries

Banana Oat Smoothie
1/2 cup low-fat milk
1tbsp Instant Oatmeal
1 whole banana, peeled cut in chunks
2 ice cubes

Banana Cinnamon Smoothie
1 cups low-fat or plain yogurt
1/2 cup low-fat milk
1 Whole Banana, peeled Cut In Chunks
1 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon, plus more for garnish

Banana-Blueberry Smoothie
1 whole banana, peeled cut in chunks
1 tbsp blueberries jam
1/2 cup plain yogurt

Directions:
– Combine all ingredients in a blender.
– Cover and blend on high speed for 1 one minute.
– Pour into glass. Enjoy!
