Tiga minggu yang lalu, di rumah menanam bayam, kangkung & terong. Tanaman2 ini ditanam dengan cara organic, murah & mudah. Tanahnya pakai media tanam dari trubus, biji dari Bandung (yg didapat dari Toko Trubus di Bintaro) terus pupuknya Kascing (pupuk dari kotoran cacing).

Setelah itu, disiram & didiamkan..

Besok bayamnya bisa panen I. Mudah2an 2 minggu lagi bisa panen II, soalnya bakal daun yg kecil2 masih banyak dibawahnya..

Sengaja dipanen selagi masih muda, biar lebih seger..

Therapeutic uses Spinach is very nutritious, high in beta-carotene, and folic acid, and rich in vitamin A & C. Its iron content is good although not as high as was once believed. It also contains the phytochemicals xeaxanthin and lutein, which are known to protect the eyes against ageing.

Jadi tambah semangat deh menanamnya!

Rencananya besok bakal dimasak jadi salad bayam dengan lemon dressing saja, dimakan bareng ikan panggang saus lemon! A lemonade day!
