It is unusual for me to pay attention to a new band.
Usually, I find it difficult to even like new songs.
And when I like the song, I may not like the singer or the band.
McFly
So, the fact that I now have some McFly’s songs in my favourite music collection is quite surprising.
The first time I notice this band is when I saw “Just My Luck” couple months ago.
During the movie, I said that the music they played was quite good.
But I found it special at the very end when hearing the song : “All About You”. Reminded me of Beatles… simple, light, but powerful song.
Hooray to Multiply, I can download the entire soundtrack, and find several songs are quite good, and the lyrics are also quite witty.
Read in Wikipedia that McFly broke Beatles record as the youngest debut band who claimed #1 at British chart.
They also recorded some good old songs : Don’t Stop Me Now, Crazy Little Things Called Love (from Queen), You’ve Got a Friend, and Build Me Up Buttercup.
