Description:
Brownies are scrumptious and easy to make! It is hard to go wrong with them.
And this are the perfect brownie recipe: thick, moist and chocolaty! Definitely worth a try!
Ingredients:
250 gr good-quality dark cooking chocolate, potong2
200 ml olive oil
100 gr gula pasir
3 butir telur
175 gr tepung terigu + 1/3 sdt baking powder + ½ sdt garam, ayak
3 sdm unsweetened cocoa powder
1 sdt vanilla essence
50 ml fresh milk
Directions:
1.. Hangatkan olive oil (jangan sampai mendidih), matikan api, campurkan coklat bubuk dan cooking chocolate. Aduk hingga leleh seluruhnya.
2.. Kocok gula, telur, vanilla dan susu dengan whisker kecepatan paling rendah selama 2 menit.
3.. Masukkan campuran coklat, aduk ½ menit.
4.. Masukkan campuran terigu+baking soda+garam, aduk rata 1 menit.
5.. Tuang ke loyang 20x20cm, masukkan ke dalam microwave & ikuti petunjuk masak
6.. Angkat, biarkan dingin di dalam loyang. Potong setelah dingin
Dapat disimpan pada room temperature s/d 3 hari

– Pakai all-purpose flour saja, jangan yang cake flour
– Untuk variasi, bisa tambahkan parutan keju, almond, kenari, choco chip atau bahkan pisang yang diiris tipis
