Tujuan nulis ini memang ngarep menang voucher hehehe, tapi memang layak ditulis dan dipromosikan. Di tengah F&B franchise <\/em>yang ‘itu-itu lagi’, tentu asyik kalau ada yang berani beda. Dan kudos for whoever the mastermind behind this resto<\/em>. Mereka berani bikin konsep yang beda, dan bener-bener detail mempersiapkan dari setting, menu, sampai ke penyajian-nya, sehingga melahirkan eating eggs-perience<\/em> yang menyenangkan.<\/p>\n

Berawal dari kepagian datang ke Ray White Gading Serpong. Belum jam 8. Dan pas keliling cari-cari tempat makan yang udah buka, ternyata malah berakhir di sebelahnya persis (kurang terlihat sign-nya). Dan setelah coba, ternyata suka dan besoknya balik lagi makan di situ.<\/p>\n

Sunny Side Up<\/p><\/div>\n

1. SEMUA ORANG SUKA TELUR<\/span><\/p>\n

Sunny Side Up mengambil tema telur. Bahan simple <\/em>yang disukai semua orang. Menunya sih sebenarnya umum (karena banyak makanan memang berbahan telur) seperti omelet, nasi goreng, toast, dst.<\/p>\n

Ada juga menu ajaib seperti energy drink yang dibuat dari 6 putih telur mentah. Katanya banyak yang minum ini sebelum gym di mal.<\/p>\n

2. EKSEKUSI IDE KEREN
\n<\/span><\/p>\n

Di twitter account-nya ditulis : “A new concept of restaurant.. all about fresh eggs turned into great dishes<\/em>” dan itu bukan omong kosong.<\/p>\n

Setting sederhana, dan semua hiasan di resto berbau telur. Kata mutiara telur, komik\/poster lucu soal telur.<\/p>\n

Berani eksperimen. Nasi goreng dalam buah nenas mungkin udah biasa, tapi di sini buah nenasnya berdiri vertikal plus pakai kacang mede, jadi tidak konvensional.<\/p>\n

Omelet isi jamur, keju atau daging mungkin udah biasa. Di sini juga ada yang diisi macaroni & cheese. Enak juga. Bahkan toast dengan telur mata sapi pun ditata dengan unik (liat gambar). Banana flambee juga tidak mengecewakan. Overall, again, good eating eggs-perience<\/span>.<\/p>\n

3. BUKA PAGI<\/span><\/p>\n

Susah lho cari makan pagi-pagi. Dimsum lagi, bubur lagi. Makanan berbasis telur cukup ‘ringan’ untuk pagi hari. Dan resto ini buka jam 7 (tutup jam 10 malam)!<\/p>\n

Menu yang dipesan dalam 2 hari ini:
\n– Omelet<\/span> : veggie dan mac & cheese
\n– Toast<\/span> : scrambled dan simple egg toast
\n– Other : 3 eggs with bacon, nasi goreng Thai, banana flambee
\n– Minum : jahenya lumayan oke<\/p>\n

Harga<\/strong>? Very reasonable. Rp 20-50k per pax.<\/em><\/p>\n
