Walau sama sama mie, Mie Koclok (pakai L) tidak sama dengan mie kocok. Ini adalah makanan khas Cirebon. So far<\/em>, belum pernah nemu menu ini di luar kota Cirebon.<\/p>\n

Setiap ke Cirebon, ini adalah salah satu makanan yang dicari. Walaupun kalau search<\/em> di Google kelihatannya Mie Koclok Edy lebih ngetop, tapi kami selalu ke yang ada di Panjunan karena istri sudah biasa makan yang di sana.<\/p>\n

Tempatnya susah dicari (mending nanya aja). Masuknya dari jalan Bahagia, jalannya kecil, hanya muat persis dua mobil, namun jangan heran kalau banyak yang parkir di jalan sempit ini demi makan di warung kecil yang hanya meyediakan kursi tidak sampai 20 buah.<\/p>\n

Jualannya pun tidak banyak ini itu. Hanya mie koclok dan emping\/krupuk. Namun setiap ke sana selalu penuh, entah yang makan di tempat, makan di mobil, atau bawa pulang.<\/p>\n

Ngomong-ngomong, apa sih mie koclok? Mie koclok itu mie yang disiram oleh kuah yang kental (sagu?), ditaburi ayam, irisan telur. Ya itu saja.<\/p>\n

Dibilang enak banget juga sebenarnya ngga, masih tetap lebih enak makanan Cirebon lain seperti lengko, docang atau jamblang. Tapi memang khas.<\/p>\n

Salah satu yang menarik juga adalah cara mengiris telur rebus yang menggunakan benang, sehingga telur bisa tipis dan tidak ‘rusak’ kuningnya.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
