Suka banget sama segala jenis coklat, dari yang emang coklat batangan, roti coklat, cake ampe susu coklat. Resep hot chocolate<\/b> ini hasil kompilasi dari beberapa resep orang2 termasuk resepnya president AS – Bush. Pas nyari-nyari gitu, ternyata ada lho sejarah hot chocolate<\/a>. Yach eniwei, coba deh.. Oh ya, satu lagi, biar seru.. makannya pake marsmallow ya..<\/p>\n

Ingredients:<\/b>
\n1\/2 gelas susu cair (prefer yang low fat)
\n1 sendok makan gula
\n2 sendok makan cacoa powder
\n75 gr cokelat pekat (dark cocolate)
\n1 gelas air mendidih
\ngaram secukupnya
\nbubuk kayu manis\/rum secukupnya<\/p>\n

Directions:<\/b>
\n1. Cincang kasar cokelat pekat
\n2. Campur cacoa, gula dan garam
\n3. Panaskan susu dengan menggunakan api kecil. saat susu mulai beruap (jangan tunggu sampai mendidih), masukkan cokelat, gula, dan garam ke dalam susu, aduk rata
\n4. Masukkan dark chocolate, aduk sampai cokelat meleleh dan menyatu dengan susu
\n5. Tambahkan bubuk kayu manis\/rum secukupnya, sesuai selera<\/p>\n
