Just finished watching Turn Left Turn Right<\/strong> movie. So funny and cute. *(^_^)*<\/p>\n

Turn Left Turn Right (2003)<\/p><\/div>\n

The movie tells Eve (Gigi Leung\/784533), a professional translator who loves to read Wislawa Szymborska’s poem, while John (Takeshi Kaneshiro\/763092), a violinist whose music didn’t get much audience in a city like Taipei.<\/p>\n

They lived at a same apartment, separated by just one thin wall, but they never knew that. Even in the end of that movie, they never called each other with a real name. Just Number!<\/p>\n

But can destiny lead them into a meeting, and a romance maybe?<\/p>\n

This movie makes the cut to our list of “5 Movies That Push Too Much Luck” (click here<\/a>)<\/p>\n

This is the “Love at First Sight”<\/strong> which written by Wislawa Szymborska<\/a>, a Poland female poet<\/p>\n

Both are convinced
\nthat a sudden surge of emotion bound them together.
\nBeautiful is such a certainty,
\nbut uncertainty is more beautiful.<\/p>\n

Because they didn’t know each other earlier, they suppose that
\nnothing was happening between them.
\nWhat of the streets, stairways and corridors
\nwhere they could have passed each other long ago?<\/p>\n

I’d like to ask them
\nwhether they remember– perhaps in a revolving door
\never being face to face?
\nan “excuse me” in a crowd
\nor a voice “wrong number” in the receiver.<\/p>\n

But I know their answer:
\nno, they don’t remember.
\nThey’d be greatly astonished
\nto learn that for a long time
\nchance had been playing with them.<\/p>\n

Not yet wholly ready
\nto transform into fate for them
\nit approached them, then backed off,
\nstood in their way
\nand, suppressing a giggle,
\njumped to the side.<\/p>\n

There were signs, signals:
\nbut what of it if they were illegible.
\nPerhaps three years ago,
\nor last Tuesday
\ndid a certain leaflet fly
\nfrom shoulder to shoulder?
\nThere was something lost and picked up.
\nWho knows but what it was a ball
\nin the bushes of childhood.<\/p>\n

There were doorknobs and bells
\non which earlier touch piled on touch.
\nBags beside each other in the luggage room.
\nPerhaps they had the same dream on a certain night,
\nsuddenly erased after waking.<\/p>\n

Every beginning
\nis but a continuation,
\nand the book of events
\nis never more than half open.<\/p>\n
