Pastinya minyak yang dipakai buat goreng lebih bisa diandalkan.<\/p>\n<p><b>Ingredients:<\/b><br \/>\n500 gr tempe ; iris setipis mungkin, sisihkan.<br \/>\n100 gr tepung beras<br \/>\n25 gr tepung maizena<br \/>\n5 lbr daun jeruk purut, iris halus<br \/>\n200 ml air<br \/>\nminyak untuk menggoreng<\/p>\n<p><b>Haluskan: <\/b><br \/>\n10 buah bawang putih<br \/>\n1 sdt ketumbar<br \/>\n10 btr kemiri<br \/>\n1 sdt garam<br \/>\n\u00bc sdt kencur<\/p>\n<p><b>Directions:<\/b><br \/>\n1.. Campur tepung beras &amp; tepung maizena dalam wadah, taruh bumbu halus, aduk sambil dituangi air sedikit demi sedikit sampai rata. Tambahkan irisan daun jeruk purut, aduk rata.<br \/>\n2.. Celup tempe satu per satu ke dalam adonan tepung, goreng.<br \/>\n3.. Goreng beberapa tempe ke dalam minyak yang panas sampai cukup terendam.<br \/>\n4..
