Enak dan simple kayaknya, tapi kalo sudah menu ini yang keluar..jadi lahap deh\u2026<\/p>\n<p><b>Ingredients:<\/b><br \/>\n\u00bd ekor daging ayam, rebus sampai matang (Simpan air kaldu sisa rebusan ayam untuk kuah), potong bentuk dadu \u00bd X \u00bd cm<br \/>\n250 gram udang, kupas<br \/>\n2 buah tahu putih, potong dadu, goreng setengah matang<br \/>\n300 cc air kaldu ayam<br \/>\n3 buah telur ayam, rebus, kupas kulitnya.<br \/>\n3 siung bawang putih, cincang halus<br \/>\n2 sendok makan kecap asin\/saus tiram+angciu<br \/>\n10 sendok makan kecap manis (sampai manisnya sesuai selera)<br \/>\nGaram dan merica<\/p>\n<p><b>Kuah Ayam<\/b><br \/>\n1 liter kaldu ayam<br \/>\n1 kerat jahe<br \/>\nBawang putih goreng, dihancurkan<br \/>\nGaram dan merica<br \/>\n1 batang daun bawang, iris tipis<\/p>\n<p><b>Sambal kecap<\/b><br \/>\n10 buah cabai rawit<br \/>\n2 siung bawang putih<br \/>\nKecap Manis<br \/>\nAir Matang<\/p>\n<p><b>Taburan<\/b><br \/>\n2 batang seledri di iris halus<br \/>\n1 sdm bawang merah goreng<\/p>\n<p><b>Directions:<\/b><br \/>\n<b>Bakmoy<\/b><br \/>\n&#8211; Tumis bawang putih, masukkan udang, ayam, dan tahu.<br \/>\n&#8211; Masukkan kecap asin, kecap manis, merica bubuk, dan garam, aduk rata, lalu tambahkan kaldu ayam sampai semua isian ini terendam.<br \/>\n&#8211; Masukkan telur rebus, masak sampai bumbu meresap dan telur berubah warna menjadi kecoklatan atau air menjadi \u00bd-nya dari semula<\/p>\n<p><b>Kuah Ayam<\/b><br \/>\n&#8211; Didihkan kaldu ayam, lalu masukkan jahe, bawang putih goreng, merica bubuk dan garam, aduk rata, angkat dari api, taburi dengan daun bawang.<\/p>\n<p><b>Sambal Kecap<\/b><br \/>\n&#8211; Tumis cabai rawit dan bawang putih sebentar, angkat, tiriskan, haluskan,<br \/>\n&#8211; Tambahkan kecap manis, aduk rata dengan air matang hingga sedikit cair.<\/p>\n<p><b>Penyajian<\/b><br \/>\n&#8211; Bakmoy dengan sedikit kuah rebusan bakmoy, separo telur diletakkan pada mangkok terpisah.
