Tumis bumbu yang telah dihaluskan dan kayu manis dengan margarin sampai harum, masukkan ke dalam kaldu ayam (sisa rebusan ayam), masukkan kentang yang telah dihaluskan, masak hingga matang.<br \/>\n2. Ayam yang telah direbus, disuwir-suwir, sisihkan<br \/>\n3. Kaldu ayam hingga mendidih dengan api kecil saja<\/p>\n<p><b>Penyajian<\/b><br \/>\nSoun diletakkan diatas nasi\/ketupat + telur + <a href=\"http:\/\/admonike.multiply.com\/recipes\/item\/14\">Perkedel kentang<\/a> + irisan daging ayam dan irisan seledri. Tuang kuah panas, beri taburan bawang goreng.
