All you need is a good starter culture, milk and clean equipment.<\/p>\n<p>Dulu waktu kecil, sering bikin sebetulnya, untuk ukuran sendiri (1 gelas) terus ditambahin sirop champolay yg pisang susu (sirup khas cirebon).<\/p>\n<p>Caranya gampang banget. Susu cair ditambahin 1 sdm plain yoghurt, tutup; terus dinding gelas juga ditutupin handuk. Diamkan overnight ditempat hangat (10-12 jam).. and voiilaaa! Fresh yoghurt in the morning!! Masukkin ke kulkas. Diminum siang pas pulang sekolah, tapi sebelumnya diambil dulu 1 sdm buat bikin lagi.<\/p>\n<p>Jadi pasti bisa engga pake Yoghurt Maker, tapi sekarang pengennya bikin pake Yoghurt Maker. I believe it would be easier to make your own yoghurt when you have the right equipment. Setelah net surfing, banyak sebetulnya pilihan yang mungkin untuk yoghurt maker. Tapi saat ini pilihan yang paling feasible adalah <span style=\"color: #ff6600;\"><strong>Easiyo<\/strong><\/span>, yang di Indo di pasarkan oleh Amway. Tapi karena penjualan Amway adalah lewat MLM, mesti nanya sana-sini deh, siapa yang jadi agent Amway yg mau ngirim ke rumah..<\/p>\n<p>Easiyo Yoghurt Maker punya 5 pilihan warna yang cantik; putih, pink, silver, pale mint &amp; charcoal . Kalau lihat gambar, pilihanku pink atau charcoal.<br \/>\nSedangkan untuk pembuatannya, bisa dilihat disini. Hanya saja, supaya bisa for the next batch; biar engga usah beli sachetnya &#8211; jangan ditambahkan gula.<\/p>\n<p>Tips untuk pembuatan yoghurt<br \/>\n1. Ikuti petunjuk yang ada di yoghurt maker<br \/>\n2. Untuk susu, dapat menggunakan yang susu UHT skim \/ full cream atau susu bubuk yang kemudian dicairkan ataupun kombinasinya; misalnya menggunakan susu skim ditambahakan susu bubuk yang low fat. Semakin rendah fat pada susu, semakin encer yoghurt yang akan dihasilkan. Kalau pakai susu segar atau susu yang sudah lama dimasukkan dalam lemari es, rebus dulu beberapa saat; supaya bakteri jahatnya mati, kemudian dinginkan (karena panas akan membunuh cultures-nya) sebelum digunakan. Idealnya adalah mencampur stater pada susu yang pada suhu ruangan.<br \/>\n3. Untuk stater, bisa pakai stater dari Easiyo untuk permulaan atau yoghurt lain sepanjang disebut punya: live bacteria cultures; dan harus yang plain yoghurt.<br \/>\n4. Proses selanjutnya, adalah mencampur dengan rata susu &amp; stater ini. Prosesnya akan memakan waktu 10-12 jam. Masukkan dalam lemari es setelah jadi yoghurt.<br \/>\n5. For the next batch, bisa menggunakan yoghurt ini untuk dipakai dalam pembuatan yoghurt selanjutnya. Selalu gunakan yoghurt yang baru dalam pembuatannya, karena yoghurt yang lama mungkin saja culturesnya sudah lemah.<\/p>\n<p>Kalau sesuai anjuran dari Easiyo, harus selalu menggunakan sachet dari mereka, yang mahal juga sebetulnya. Jadi daripada pake sachet, bisa juga dengan UHT dengan campuran: 1L susu UHT + 2 sdm susu bubuk instan + 4 sdm plain yoghurt.<br \/>\nCampur yoghurt, susu bubuk &amp; sedikit susu UHT. Setelah tercampur rata, campur dengan semua UHT \u2013 masukkan dalam Easiyo container. Ikuti petunjuk selanjutnya.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">WasteNot, WantNot<\/span><br \/>\nDalam proses pembuatan yoghurt ini, akan ada air yang terpisah dengan bagian yang kental. Sebetulnya, kalau mau diaduk campur juga tidak apa.. tapi kalau mau kental, lebih baik disingkarkan bagian airnya. Air yogurt bisa digunakan untuk campuran masker. Misalnya dengan dicampur dengan ampas juice wortel, setelah itu oleskan pada tubuh. Biarkan selama 10 menit, lalu cuci dengan air bersih. Manfaatnya: untuk mengencangkan kulit secara alami.<\/p>\n<p>Hmm&#8230;. sebetulnya masih cari2 nih yoghurt maker selain merek Easiyo.. dimana ya? Atau ada yg mau share barangkali ada yg sudah pake Easiyo.. recommended engga ya?<\/p>\n<p>&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8211;<\/p>\n<p>update Juli 2007<br \/>\nAkhirnya, engga jadi beli Easiyo \u2013 engga pake yoghurt maker .. tapi pake cara manual dan jadi juga kok! Prinsipnya, wadah harus bersih &amp; starter harus bagus.<br \/>\nWadahnya pake rubbermaid<br \/>\nUntuk 1000 ml ditambahkan starter 100 ml. Rebus dulu bisa, tunggu suam2 kuku baru dimasukkan starternya \u2013 atau langsung masukkan kalau susu UHT dan bukan raw milk. Tunggu 24-36 jam. Kalau sudah jadi, antara lapis kental dan lapis cairnya terpisah. Langsung masuk kulkas &amp; tinggal disantap.
