Kompia (Kompyang). <\/span><br style=\"font-weight: bold;\" \/>Roti (?) yang kulitnya keras. Mirip dengan roti ala Barat, berkulit keras. Atasnya bertabur wijen. Akan tetapi di dalamnya dia tidak &#8216;kopong&#8217; melainkan cukup lembut. Rasanya sih tawar-tawar saja (kenikmatannya di saat menggigit kulit yang super keras itu). Tapi saking tawar dan kerasnya, banyak yg engga suka. Biasanya dimakan dengan &#8216;cai-pia&#8217; atau &#8216;ba-pia&#8217; (seperti martabak yang isinya bisa sayur atau daging).<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">2. Miepan<\/span><br style=\"font-weight: bold;\" \/>Seperti puding dari tepung beras. Padat dan tidak manis melainkan (lagi-lagi) tawar. Biasanya yang jual bawa dalam bentuk sudah tercetak di mangkuk. Kalau mau bawa pulang, dia lepaskan dari mangkuk. Kalau mau makan langsung, akan dia gores gores dengan stik es krim, dan tuangkan saus (kecap\/gula dengan bawang putih).<\/p>\n<p>Dua makanan di atas, tidak pernah saya temukan di resto. Biasanya dijajakan keliling di area Pecinan Bandung (Otista, Pecinan, ABC, Pasar Baru). Terakhir lihat kompyang ada di depan toko Sakura (alat medis di Pajajaran).<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">3. Ambokue<\/span><br style=\"font-weight: bold;\" \/>Seperti salad (potong-potong dan tuang saus). Tapi isinya : ambokue (mirip miepan, seperti carrot cake ala Cina tapi kenyal), tahu kuning, susis merah (babi), susis Cina (yg warnanya coklat itu.. lapchiong klo tidak salah), timun.<br \/>\nSausnya, bawang putih dan gula-kanji (ala lumpia basah Semarang).<br \/>\nIni masih bisa ditemukan di tempat jajan luar sekolah-sekolah spt Aloysius atau St. Angela.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">4. Sup Kacang Tanah<\/span><br style=\"font-weight: bold;\" \/>Ini agak umum (beberapa tempat jualan ini juga, dan di supermarket juga dijual kalengannya).<br \/>\nKacang tanah digodok sampai halus di air gula.<br \/>\nDiseruput sampil celupin cakwe besar nan garing.<br \/>\nYang saya tahu jual di Bandung adalah di Paskal Square.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Beberapa makanan yang saya lahap sewaktu masa kecil di Bandung (hingga kini), ternyata sulit ditemukan di tempat lain hingga kini.
