Docang<\/p><\/div>\n

Setelah beberapa kali ke Cirebon dan menyantap berbagai makanan khas Cirebon, inilah makanan favorit saya. Lokasinya hanya 20 langkah dari pintu depan rumah mertua di Cirebon, yaitu di Gg. Rotan, Jl. Karang Getas, Cirebon.<\/p>\n

Ini bukan resto, bukan pula kaki lima, karena kakinya hanya empat alias hanya satu meja panjang dan satu bangku panjang. Namun kalau tahu sejarahnya, bikin hati bergetar karena docang di tempat ini sudah ada sejak tahun 1950-an!<\/p>\n

Bapak yang jualan sekarang sudah berjualan sejak saya belum lahir, yaitu sejak 1972!!! Dan dia mewarisi dari orang tuanya. Menggentarkan bukan?<\/p>\n

Apa itu docang<\/strong>? Lontong dicampur tauge, kelapa parut, dan daun singkong, ditambah krupuk yang ‘dibejek’ pakai tangan. Kuahnya? Dari kaldu tempe dan oncom. Amat sehat bukan? Dan vegetarian pun bisa aman makannya.<\/p>\n

Rasanya, unik. Dan jelas bikin kangen karena tidak ada di mana pun selain di Cirebon ini.<\/p>\n
