Resto ini termasuk yang bisa menimbulkan keinginan untuk balik lagi, terutama kalau lagi butuh makan yang berkuah atau menghangatkan badan.<\/p>\n<p>Spesialisasinya pun unik : celupan ala Mongolian. Mirip dengan Little Sheep di Sudirman (<em>wonder if the owners are the same or related<\/em>).<\/p>\n<p>Lokasinya : Alam Sutera Town Centre, Blok 10E, No. 1-2. Tepatnya di kompleks ruko seberang Flavor Bliss (sisi yang ada Sushi Tei, Ni Hao, dan Stefan).<\/p>\n<p>Yang paling menarik dari shabu-shabu ini adalah <strong>kuah<\/strong>-nya. Berbeda dengan banyakan shabu-shabu yang polos saja kaldu atau tomyam, kuah di Yuan Shabu diberi rempah dan\u00a0 isi seperti bawang putih, buah angco (<em>red dates<\/em>) dan goji. Kuahnya saja udah mantap untuk diseruput, apalagi badan lagi dingin atau pilek. Untuk yang doyan pedas, disediakan juga, dengan irisan cabe kering. Dijamin <em>hot<\/em> dan pedas.<\/p>\n<p>Dari sisi bahan daging (irisan untuk dicelup), standard saja, tidak mengecewakan. Yang juga patut diacungi jempol adalah <strong>wonton<\/strong> dan <strong>pangsit<\/strong>-nya. Selain ada pilihan daging <em>lamb<\/em>, isi dagingnya pun banyak, lebih kerasa daging ketimbang terigunya (seperti di shabu-shabu lain).<\/p>\n<p>Mereka juga punya kue seperti martabak (asin dan manis) yang cukup spesial.<\/p>\n<p>Untuk harga, habisnya akan sama saja dengan shabu-shabu pada umumnya. Harga set tersedia dan kelihatannya murah, karena kalau <em>ala carte<\/em>, kuahnya saja dihargai cukup mahal. Tapi untuk berdua, sebenarnya milih <em>ala carte<\/em> berupa kuah dan tiga porsi\u00a0 (daging, jamur, wonton) sudah mengenyangkan.<\/p>\n<p>O ya.. siapkah wadah kalau ke mari.
