Bener-bener pedes. Ada yg bilang sih: \u2018engga ada gunanya makan makanan begini, terlalu pedas.\u2019 Kalo kata saya sih, kalo mau semangat ya makan ini lah. Anyway kalo suka sambalnya, so ikannya bisa diganti pake apa aza kok. Ayam, cumi atau apa lah.. yang penting sambal dabu-dabunya!<\/p>\n<p><b>Ingredients:<\/b><br \/>\n1 ekor ikan tongkol\/bawal\/bandeng\/mas\/gurame, berat 500 gr<br \/>\n4 sdm air jeruk nipis<br \/>\n1 sdm garam<\/p>\n<p><b>Bahan Rendaman, campur jadi satu<\/b><br \/>\n6 siung bawang putih, haluskan<br \/>\n6 siung kemiri, sangrai, haluskan<br \/>\n4 cm kunyit, bakar, haluskan<br \/>\n1 sdm kaldu bubuk rasa ayam<br \/>\n1\/2 sdt garam<br \/>\n1\/2 sdt merica bubuk<br \/>\n2 sdm minyak sayur\/olive oil<\/p>\n<p><b>Sambal Dabu-dabu<\/b><br \/>\n8 siung bawang merah, iris<br \/>\n15 buah cabe rawit merah &amp; hijau, iris tipis<br \/>\n2 buah cabe merah besar, iris<br \/>\n6 buah tomat sayur, potong kotak kecil (jika menggunakan tomat merah, buang bijinya)<br \/>\n6 sdm air jeruk nipis (sekitar dari 3 buah jeruk nipis)<br \/>\ngaram secukupnya<br \/>\n2 sdm minyak sayur\/olive oil, panaskan<\/p>\n<p><b>Directions:<\/b><br \/>\n1. Siangi ikan, buang isi perutnya, lalu cuci.<br \/>\n2. Lumuri dengan air jeruk nipis dan garam, diamkan sekitar 30 menit. Cuci bersih kembali, tiriskan.<br \/>\n3. Lumuri ikan (termasuk bagian perutnya) dengan bumbu rendaman lalu diamkan selama 1 jam.<br \/>\n4. Panggang ikan di atas bara api atau oven hingga matang, angkat.<br \/>\n5. <b>Sambal dabu-dabu: <\/b>Campur irisan bahan dengan garam dan air jeruk nipis sampai rasanya asam pedas.<br \/>\n6.
