Malahan bubur yang dimakan itu seperti air tajin. Lebih banyak aernya daripada berasnya. Jangan makan yang berat seperti mie, apalagi nasi goreng atau nasi uduk.<\/p>\n<p>Jadi inget pas student exhange to Taiwan doeloe, tiap pagi dapat bubur yang kita kobyok-kobyok dicariin mana lagi tuh bubur..aer mulu.. eh..ternyata emang itu yang bener. Tapi resep yang berikut sih bubur ayam biasa.. aernya mah malahan susah dicari..tapi yummy kok buat sarapan pagi mah.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>Ingredients:<\/b><br \/>\n500 gr ayam yang cukup tua<br \/>\n2 liter air untuk merebus<br \/>\n1 batang daun bawang (ambil bagian putihnya saja)<br \/>\n4 siung bawang putih, dimemarkan<br \/>\nSekerat jahe, dimemarkan<br \/>\nSekerat kunyit, dimemarkan<br \/>\n1 sdm ketumbar bubuk<br \/>\n3 batang serai dimemarkan<br \/>\n500 cc air<br \/>\n300 cc minyak goreng<br \/>\n200 gr beras<br \/>\n\u00bd sdt garam<br \/>\n4 cakwe digoreng, dipotong-potong tipis<br \/>\n4 sdm bawang goreng<br \/>\n200 gr kedelai goreng<br \/>\n2 sdm irisan daun bawang<\/p>\n<p><b>Directions:<\/b><br \/>\n1. Ayam dibersihkan dan direbus dengan daun bawang selama kurang lebih 30 menit. Ayam diangkat dari kaldu.<br \/>\n2. Campurkan ayam dengan bawang putih, jahe, kunyit, ketumbar, serai, dan air. Masak dengan api sedang sambil ditutup hingga bumbu meresap dan ayam lunak. Ayam diangkat, kemudian digoreng hingga kuning kecoklatan. Daging ayam dipotong kecil-kecil. Bumbu sisa mengungkep ayam jangan dibuang. (jika telah mengental, tambahkan air mendidih secukupnya agar tidak terasa terlalu asin)<br \/>\n3. Beras dibersihkan dan dicampur dengan garam dan kaldu ayam. Masak hingga menjadi bubur yang kental.<br \/>\n4.
