Cerita Final Cut<\/a> di disetting di masa yang akan datang.
\nOrang bisa diimplant semacam chip sejak lahir, sehingga semua kehidupan yang dilihat maupun didengar dia dapat direkam dan bisa diperlihatkan kembali pas obituary.<\/p>\n

Nah, untuk melihat kembali itu butuh seorang cutter (atau editor) \u2013 Alan. (tokoh utamanya dimaenkan oleh my favorite actor: Robbin Williams<\/strong><\/span><\/a>). Dia punya skill buat melakukan cutting cerita dalam hidup seseorang yang tidak menyenangkan, sehingga pada saat obituary itu yang terlihat hanya yang baik-baik saja.<\/p>\n

Dia melakukan itu karena dia menghargai yang hidup. (The dead mean nothing to me, Mrs. Bannister. I took this job because I respect the living). Buat Alan sendiri, tidak enak ternyata, buat melihat yang mestinya disembunyikan itu. Sampai suatu hari dia harus mengedit hidup seseorang, Alan menemukan gambar mengenai teman masa kecil dia yang dia sangka telah meninggal.<\/p>\n

Kalo dilihat dari sisi laen film ini; hidup kita memang (atau mungkin?) sedang difilmkan oleh Tuhan. Apakah kita akan hidup dengan cara yang lebih baik lagi?<\/p>\n
