Cinema Paradiso (1988)<\/p><\/div>\n

Berawal dari passion seorang anak (Salvatore atau Toto) <\/b>di Giancaldo, sebuah kota kecil di Itali akan film (sampe2 uang yg semestinya untuk membeli susu dipakai untuk membeli tiket bisokop<\/i>) dan persahabatannya dengan Alberto yang bekerja sebagai pemutar film di sebuah bioskop yang bernama Cinema Paradiso<\/i> di kota tersebut.<\/p>\n

Alfredo juga yang meminta Toto untuk keluar dari kota tersebut untuk menggapai cita2nya. “Don’t come back any more, don’t think about us, don’t turn round, don’t write, don’t give in to nostalgia. Forget us all. If you can’t hear it and come back, don’t come looking for \u00a0me, I won’t let you into the house, you understand?<\/i>” pesan Alfredo pada Toto remaja sebelum pergi.<\/p>\n

Berita kematian Alfredo membuat Toto kembali ke Giancaldo after his 30 year absence from home dan setelah sukses menjadi seorang pembuat film di Roma.<\/p>\n

The movie does make me cry because it had so much depth.<\/p>\n

A love story, pure and simple. Salah satu bagian yang paling menarik dan digambarkan dengan sangat baik adalah pada saat Alfredo mengarahkan kameranya ke fa\u00e7ade sebuah rumah (bukan ke layar bioskop) agar dapat ditonton oleh orang banyak. Sesaat kemudian kamera pemutarnya terbakar dan menyebabkan gedung bioskop, tempat satu2nya hiburan kota tersebut turut terbakar dan Alfredo menjadi buta karena terjebak dalam kobaran api.<\/p>\n

Kilas baliknya adalah dibangun gedung bioskop baru dan Toto kecil diminta untuk menjadi pemutar film menggantikan Alfredo karena dia adalah satu2nya di kota tersebut yang bisa memutar film, selain Alfredo tentunya. Alfredo tetap membantu dan membimbing Toto yang dia cintai seperti anaknya sendiri. It is indeed emotional, affecting and touching.<\/p>\n
