Tinggal taro di lemari es, kalo mau makan dipanasin. Atau kalau malas, tinggal makan pake nasi panas.. terus tambah kerupuk; jadilah makanan anak kost yang sedap banget..<\/p>\n<p>Megono ini adalah makanan khas Pekalongan yang isinya parutan kelapa yang tidak terlalu tua (tapi bukan kelapa muda yang buat diminum) dan cacahan nangka muda yang sudah matang ditambah dengan berbagai rempah. Salah satu bumbu wajibnya adalah bunga kecombrang supaya baunya harum. Lebih sedap dimakan dengan nasi panas. Rasanya gurih dan pedas.<\/p>\n<p>Aslinya Megono ini disajikan bersama dengan Soto Tauto, Soto Khas Pekalongan yang terbuat dari soun, potongan daging sapi, irisan daun bawang &amp; tauco. Warnanya merah, rasanya pedas, manis dan asam. Itu sebabnya disebut Tauto \u2013 Tauco &amp; Soto.<br \/>\nAtau kalau beli di Pekalongan, ada yang sebut Nasi Megono Komplit: Megono, balado telor, orek tempe, sayur lodeh (dengan bongkrek\/ampas tahu), ikan asin dan tentunya nasi. Mirip nasi rames, hanya isiannya ada megono-nya.<br \/>\nKalau buat saya, nasi putih\/merah panas yang pulen dengan megono yang hangat sudah sangat cukup menyenangkan!<\/p>\n<p>Tips dari Kompas oleh Bu Inung<br \/>\n1. Pilih bunga kecombrang yang mahkotanya hampir mekar. Lebih harum baunya entar.<br \/>\n2. Jangan terlalu sering mengaduk-aduk megono yang telah dikukus. Nanti asam.<\/p>\n<p>Kalo resepnya dari mama&#8230;<\/p>\n<p><b>Ingredients:<\/b><br \/>\n300 g gori\/nangka muda, cincang kasar<br \/>\n50 g daun melinjo muda<br \/>\n100 gr kacang panjang, potong 3 cm<br \/>\n1 bunga kecombrang<br \/>\n15 mata pete, kupas, potong kecil supaya tidak bisa dipilihin<br \/>\n1\/3 butir kelapa agak tua, kupas, parut memanjang<br \/>\n1 cm lengkuas<br \/>\n2 lembar daun salam<br \/>\n1 laos<br \/>\n2 tangkai serai<\/p>\n<p>Haluskan:<br \/>\n6 buah cabai merah<br \/>\n6 siung bawang merah<br \/>\n4 siung bawang putih<br \/>\nKetumbar<br \/>\n1 sdt gula merah<br \/>\n1 sdt garam<\/p>\n<p><b>Directions:<\/b><br \/>\n1.. Kukus \u00bd matang gori, dibuang airnya<br \/>\n2.. Aduk kelapa parut, lengkuas dan daun salam dengan bumbu halus hingga rata.<br \/>\n3.. Susun gori, sayuran, kelapa parut yang sudah dicampur dengan bumbu dalam dandang<br \/>\n4.. Kukus sampai matang.
