Gudeg Bu Tjitro<\/p><\/div>\n

Gudeg identik dengan Yogya atau Yogya identik dengan Gudeg? Yang pasti, Yogya juga dikenal sebagai kota gudeg. Makanan khas Yogya yang manis dan gurih ini berbahan dasar nangka muda dengan santan kelapa dan gula merah.<\/p>\n

Gudeg biasanya disajikan dengan opor ayam dan telur. Supaya lebih nikmat, gudeg biasanya dihidangkan dengan sayur krecek (kerupuk kulit sapi) yang akan memberi rasa pedas (karena ada cabe rawit rebus didalamnya) dan gurih. Disamping itu juga ada beragam gorengan sebagai pelengkap seperti empal daging, goreng babat, usus, paru, limpa, tempe dan tahu bacem juga botok yang terbuat dari paduan kelapa, teri, santan dan cabai.<\/p>\n

Warnanya gudeg biasanya merah atau coklat kehitaman. Agar warna gudegnya merah atau coklat kehitaman, biasanya dipakai daun jati untuk menutup panci ketika merebus.
\nAda 2 jenis gudeg sebetulnya, yakni gudeg kering (disajikan dengan areh\/kuah santan kental) dan gudeg basah (gudeg yang disajikan dengan areh encer)<\/p>\n

Di setiap sudut kota Yogya, pagi, siang, malam, atau dini hari; banyak pedagang yang menjual gudeg. Salah satunya, adalah Gudeg ibu Tjitro<\/b> yang lokasinya dekat dengan bandara Adisucipto. Kalau masih ada waktu, daripada menunggu di bandara; boleh juga mampir tempat ini. Tinggal jalan kaki untuk menjuju bandara-nya.<\/p>\n

Gudeg BU TJITRO yang didirikan oleh Bu Tjitro pada tahun 1925 di Kampung Ngasem Yogyakarta. Yang terkenal dari tempat ini adalah Gudeg Kendil-nya. Dengan menggunakan teknik pengolahan secara tradisional, Gudeg Kendil BU TJITRO tahan hingga 48 jam atau 2 hari 2 malam. Sehingga pas banget kalau mau buat dibawa sebagai oleh-oleh.<\/p>\n

Untuk Nasi gudeg komplit dengan paha, Rp 10K atau bahkan Nasi gudeg dengan telur saja (tanpa ayam) hanya Rp 8K. Buntil daun pepaya (Rp 3K)-nya enak, engga pahit; sementara tempe\/tahu bacem-nya Rp 2K.<\/p>\n
