The staff were wonderful, so friendly and always has a smile on their face. From manager to the maintenance guy, everyone took time to greet you and say hello (<i>in english, even you are an Indonesian \u2013 or don\u2019t they know that I\u2019m Indonesian?<\/i>) every time they passed you in the hotel.<\/p>\n<p>They will give u that flower necklace, wet towel, cold welcome tea upon arrival, and u don&#8217;t even have to check in at the front desk. Just sit there and enjoy while the front desk associate help you<\/p>\n<p>The beach is not the greatest&#8230;, but that was my first beach in Bali. White sandy beach. Lovely, but you can\u2019t swim in the sea, watersports are on offer also.<\/p>\n<p>The breakfast buffet was lovely with plenty to choose from but with one exception, they don\u2019t served sambal. You should ask for it!<\/p>\n<p>There are free shuttle buses to grand bali hyatt in Nusa Dua.. it&#8217;s nice to go there for a day<br \/>\nAsk the hotel 1 instead hotel 3.
