Goreng dengan minyak yang diberi margarine<\/p>\n<p><b>Saus Tomat: <\/b> Tumis bawang putih dengan olive oil sampai harum. Masukkan bawang bombay, tumis sebentar. Masukkan air, saus tomat, kecap inggris, gula, garam, lada, pala, dan cengkeh.<br \/>\nTambahkan air kanji &amp; irisan jahe. Taburi dengan daun bawang (bagian putihnya saja). Angkat<\/p>\n<p><b>Sajian: <\/b> Rebus irisan buncis &amp; wortel yang diiris memanjang 2,5 cm. Susun diatas piring, selada air, wortel, buncis, gorengan kentang, olahan tahu.
