Pas banget, pas mau diet; jadi bisa buat inspirasi dan semangat. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Diet di buku <a href=\"http:\/\/www.realage.com\/doctorCenter\/YouOnADiet\/entry1.aspx\">YOU: On a Diet<\/a> tidak sulit, prinsipnya adalah kontrol. Hanya 4 hal yg dianjurkan oleh buku ini supaya dapat mengurangi berat badan:<br \/>\n1. Measure your waist &#8212; and watch it shrink.<br \/>\n2. Walk 30 minutes a day &#8212; no excuses!<br \/>\n3. Find a buddy &#8212; to help you stick with it.<br \/>\n4. Clean out the fridge &#8212; and refill it with good-for-YOU foods<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">1. Remember That Waist Is More Important Than Weight<br \/>\n<\/span><\/b><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Pertama yg perlu diingat adl menurut <a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Mehmet_Oz\">Dr. Oz<\/a> \u2013 walau menimbang berat badan adalah cara termudah untuk mengukur sukses tidaknya diet tetapi ini juga akan misleading in many ways. Karena merubah fat menjadi muscle, mungkin juga menyebabkan kita tambah berat badan tetapi will be healthier. Juga, lemak pada tangan dan kaki tidak terlalu berbahaya dibanding lemak pada pinggang, padahal mengukur berat badan tidak menunjukkan dimana letak lemak itu berada.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Jadi, yang dianjurkan adalah mengukur lingkar pinggang. Lingkar pinggang ideal untuk wanita adalah 32,5 inch &amp; pria adalah 35 inch. Cara mengukurnya adalah dengan menahan nafas sebisa mungkin, kemudian ukur lingkar pinggang di tali pusar. Kenapa harus tahan nafas? Karena elastisitas tiap orang berbeda2.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">2. Add Support<br \/>\n<\/span><\/b><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Kalau mau diet, jangan sendirian. Ajak teman untuk diet bersama, jadi bisa saling menyemangati.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">3. Make Your Eating Plan Automatic &amp; Stay Satisfied<br \/>\n<\/span><\/b><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Langkah pertama adalah lihat makanan yang kita simpan, baca ingredientsnya pada label. Ada 5 ingredients yang harus dihindari:<br \/>\n1. hydrogenated oil<br \/>\n2. sugar<br \/>\n3. high fructose corn [high fructose corn syrup]<br \/>\n4. Enriched flour<br \/>\n5. white foods \u2014 termasuk bleached flour. The only white items you should have in your fridge are egg whites, cauliflower and fish<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Lihat seberapa banyak saturated fat dan sugar pada makanan. Makanan yg baik adalah yg mengandung &lt; 4 gr saturated fat &amp; &lt; 4 gr gula per serving<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 8pt;\">(<i>aduh.. fresh milk yg aku minum saturated fatnya OK, tp gulanya 13 gr! Belum lagi yoghurt yg engga ada labelnya.. gimana dong&#8230;?)<\/i><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Panduan paling gampang adalah, simpan buah &amp; sayuran segar. Jangan makanan kaleng, karena biasanya makanan kaleng mengandung artificial ingredients supaya bisa tahan 1 tahun.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Kalau tiba2 lapar, kadang2 kita perlu yang disebut <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">emergency foods<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">. Emergency foods yang dianjurkan adalah apel, wortel &amp; kacang2an (yg bukan goreng tentunya). <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Salah satu komponen penting dalam diet adalah <a href=\"http:\/\/admonike.multiply.com\/journal\/item\/42\">breakfast<\/a>. &#8220;<i>People who eat breakfast every day are thinner<\/i>&#8221; kt Dr. Oz. Untuk breakfast yang dianjurkan adalah steel-cut oatmeal, whole grain cereals &amp; egg-white omelets. Khusus untuk oatmeal, akan merusak diet kalau kemudian ditambahkan gula pada oatmeal yg kita makan. Sebisa mungkin, makan makanan yang sama tiap hari. <i>People who minimize food choices lose more weight<\/i>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">4. Perfect Exercise<br \/>\n<\/span><\/b><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Langkah terakhir yang penting adalah exercises. Empat hal penting yg perlu diketahui mengenai exercises adalah:<br \/>\n1. Jalan 30 menit setiap hari atau 10 ribu langkah sehari<br \/>\n2. Build muscle by lifting weights for 30 minutes a week. Misalnya angkat dumbbell ataupun segalon susu ataupun anak.. just start lifting!<br \/>\n3. Work up a sweat for about an hour a week<br \/>\n4. Stretching \u2013 misalnya dengan yoga<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Final Tip: Get 7 to 8 Hours of Sleep a Night.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/b><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Ini yang paling menyenangkan \u2013 tidur.
