Belum lagi kandungan mineral seperti: calcium, copper, magnesium, potassium, sodium, phosphorus, chlorine, sulfur, dan iron. Tetapi memakan 1 buah wortel ukuran \u00bd kg merupakan perjuangan dan tentunya lebih mudah \u00bd kg ini langsung diminum dengan cara di juice. Walaupun di juice, manfaat yang didapat sama seperti kalau kita makan, makanya juice wortel disebut miracle juice. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Meminum juice wortel bermanfaat pula untuk membersihkan liver serta membuat rambut, kulit &amp; kuku menjadi lebih sehat. Cuci wortel dengan air bersih, sikat di air yang mengalir. Jangan mengupasnya, karena banyak vitamin &amp; mineral ada pada permukaannya. Buang bagian yang hitam saja, potong bagian ujung atas &amp; bawahnya.<br \/>\n2. Rendam wortel dalam air hangat selama 3-5 menit atau rebus sebentar sebelum di-juice<br \/>\n3.
