Isinya lebih variatif, mulai dari seafood, meat, vegetable (kombinasinya, dengan fish pasta yang diisikan ke dalam chili ataupun tahu) dan mie ataupun bihun.<\/p>\n<p><b>Ingredients:<\/b><br \/>\n<b>Adonan isi<\/b><br \/>\n200 gram fillet ikan (yang dagingnya warna putih: seperti kakap \/ tengiri)<br \/>\n100 gram Udang peci kupas<br \/>\n1 butir telur ayam<br \/>\n100 gr tepung sagu<br \/>\n\u00bd sdt Merica putih<br \/>\n\u00bc sdt Garam<br \/>\n\u00bc sdt Gula<\/p>\n<p><b>Yong Tau Foo <\/b><br \/>\n1 buah Cabe merah ukuran besar, belah tengah (jangan putus) dan buang bijinya<br \/>\n2 potong Tahu putih cina, potong kotak\/ menjadi 4 potong<br \/>\n5 buah Jamur shiitake<br \/>\n1 butir Telur, ambil putih telurnya, kocok lepas<\/p>\n<p>50 gram fillet ikan + sedikit tepung sagu<br \/>\n8 buah Bakso: ikan \/ udang \/ cumi \/ sapi \/ ayam<br \/>\nSayuran: brokoli, kembang kol<\/p>\n<p><b>Kuah Kaldu<\/b><br \/>\nLihat <a href=\"http:\/\/admonike.multiply.com\/recipes\/item\/68\">sini<\/a><\/p>\n<p><b>Pelengkap<\/b><br \/>\n10 gram Daun kucai, iris halus<br \/>\n100 gram Bawang putih, iris tipis dan goreng kering<\/p>\n<p><b>Untuk merendam<\/b><br \/>\nAir masak<br \/>\nEs batu<\/p>\n<p><b>Directions:<\/b><br \/>\n<b>Adonan isi<\/b><br \/>\n1. Potong kecil-kecil udang dan ikan kakap, kemudian blender halus<br \/>\n2. Masukkan telur ayam dan tepung sagu dan merica + garam + gula<br \/>\n3. Masukkan adonan isi pada kantong plastik yg telah digunting ujungnya<\/p>\n<p><b>Yong Tau Foo <\/b><br \/>\n1. Didihkan air kemudian rebus cabe 15 menit, kemudian celupkan didalam air es, keringkan dan sisihkan<br \/>\n2. Potong tahu menjadi 4 bagian, kemudian ambil sedikit bagian tengahnya, sisihkan<br \/>\n3. Bersihkan jamur shiitake, potong batangnya, dan oleskan putih telur pada bagian membrannya,<br \/>\n4. Masukan adonan isi pada cabe, bagian atas tahu dan bagian membrane dari jamur shiitake.<br \/>\n5. Sisa ikan kakap (20 g) dipotong dadu, taburkan garam dan lada kemudian di memarkan hingga tipis<br \/>\n2. Seduh potongan ikan dengan kaldu panas,<br \/>\n3. Siapkan Yong Tau Foo didalam mangkuk, kemudian siramkan kaldu<br \/>\n4.
