Rasanya manis dengan texture yang sangat lembut.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Note:<\/span><br \/>\n1. Mestinya pakai penggorengan khusus untuk tamago, bentuknya kotak, tapi penggorengan biasa juga bisa walau gulungan ujungnya jadi tidak cantik. Solusinya: potong saja, dimakan oleh koki-nya \ud83d\ude42<br \/>\nJadi yang disajikan tetap cantik.<br \/>\n2. Ada beberapa variasi untuk tamagoyaki ini, asin &amp; manis dengan isian nori atau lainnya sesuai selera. Resep dibawah ini untuk variasi manis tanpa isian. Kalau mau asin, kombu shoyu+garam nya dibanyakin<\/p>\n<p><b>Ingredients:<\/b><br \/>\n4 buah telur<br \/>\n4 sdm dashi stock (bisa diganti dengan chicken stock kalau tidak mau berasa ikan)<br \/>\n4 sdm mirin (yg versi jepang, bukan korea)<br \/>\n2 sdm kombu shoyu<br \/>\ngaram sejumput<\/p>\n<p>Minyak wijen secukupnya<\/p>\n<p><b>Directions:<\/b><br \/>\n1. Aduk telur dengan bahan lainnya sampai rata. [<i>Kalau mau, saring telur supaya lebih halus untuk membuang tali putih telur sebelum memasukan bahan lainnya<\/i>].<br \/>\n2. Panaskan penggorengan. Olesi dengan minyak wijen, ratakan dengan kuas.<br \/>\n3. Tuang adonan telur kira-kira 1\/6 bagian, spt membuat telur dadar, goreng sampai 1\/2 kaku dan bisa digulung. [<i>Lapisannya jangan terlalu tipis, nanti tidak kelihatan bentuknya pada saat dipotong<\/i>] Gulung ke samping. Sisihkan di pinggir penggorengan.<br \/>\n4. Tambahkan 1\/6 bagian lagi, ke bawah gulungan I. Buat kembali spt telur dadar. Setelah agak matang, gulung kembali dengan gulungan yang I.<br \/>\n5. Teruskan sampai adonan habis dan membentuk gulungan yang tebal. Prinsipnya: Goreng, gulung goreng, gulung dstnya<br \/>\n6. Angkat tamago, potong-potong sebesar 1 cm.
