Panaskan mentega sampai leleh, masukkan susu cair (<i>atau air untuk alternatif 2<\/i>). Aduk rata.<br \/>\n2. Masukkan tepung terigu secara bertahap diselingi dg adukan. Aduk terus hingga adonan kental, licin, kalis dan tidak lengket dipanci. Matikan api.<br \/>\n3. Tambahkan garam &amp; baking powder. Aduk rata.<br \/>\n4. Masukkan telur satu persatu setalah adonan tidak panas (hangat kuku). Aduk rata sampai adonan berbentuk krim kental. <i>aduk satu-satu, jangan sekaligus, kalau sudah cukup cair adonannya, jangan ditambahkan lagi<\/i><br \/>\n5. Siapkan plastik segitidah &amp; spuit bintang. Masukkan adonan kedalam plastik segitiga. Bentuk kue diatas loyang, putar tinggi. <i>diameter 3 cm jika mau dibuat dg yg ada isian<\/i><br \/>\n6. Preheat oven 190 C. Masukkan adonan dan panggang kue selama 20 menit. Angkat dan taro di wire rack. Tusuk dengan tusuk gigi supaya udara panas diluar keluar.<\/p>\n<p><b>Kue Sus Kering<\/b><br \/>\nLanjurkan dengan panggang kembali dg suhu 140 C, hingga kering &amp; kecoklatan. Angkat, dinginkan dan letakkan dalam toples rapat. Saat adonan dimasak bisa ditambah keju atau bahan lain sesuai selera.<\/p>\n<p><b>Chocolate Sauce<\/b>: <i>untuk isian atau siram diatas profiterole<\/i><br \/>\nLelehkan coklat dengan air dan butter di microwave.
